Our Delivery Options
Expected delivery dates: Expected delivery dates are calculated by adding a shipping rate’s transit time to your order processing time.
Order processing time: Next business day.
Order cutoff time is 12pm.
Monday-Friday: Orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt.
Weekends Bank Holiday's: Orders are despatched the next working day
UK 2nd Class Delivery (Royal Mail 48)
Cost: Free on UK orders over £20
£2 on orders under £19
Transit Time: Usually 2-4 working days, however, it may take up to 10 working days during busy times
UK 1st Class Delivery (Royal Mail 24)
Cost: Free on UK orders over £30
£3 on orders under £30
Transit Time: Usually 1-3 working days, however, it may take up to 5 working days during busy times

Standard International: £5 on orders £50 and up
Transit Time: Usually 2 to 17 business days
Standard International: £10 on orders over £49
Transit Time: Usually 2 to 17 business days
Express International: £15 on orders over £49

Express International: £5 on orders over £49

Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 5 working days (1st class) or 10 working days (2nd class), please email our friendly Customer Service Team to info@primevitamins.health and they will be happy to help.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to amend an order please email info@primevitamins.health as soon as possible so we can make any changes prior to despatch. Unfortunately, if the order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled and will have to be returned (within 4 weeks), once the goods are received back a refund will be arranged.
